I made it!

Hey Mom,

so sorry about not being able to call back in LA. the plane was a little late getting in and the flight that was leaving to guatemala was leaving 15 minutes early because there was going to be a huge head wind so i only had time to get some food for dinner and get back on the plane. I'm so tired lol two days with four hours of sleep. but once we arrived here it was madness. nobody spoke english and we got on this "bus" that was a old school bus that had flames on it and on the inside was a mural of christ and underneath it said Jesus Christ Lives in spanish hahaha. and every body drives like crazy and it was 5:30 in the morning when we got here lol. its crazy beautiful down here jungle everywhere and a ton of new buildings with amazing architecture. and the temple is crazy lookin too. all the buses down here are decked out with flames and huge chrome rims and its like a car show driving down the road. our buss had tinted windows with window curtains and stickers everywhere. I'm so bummed that i didn't get to call back, i wanted to see how everyone else was doin. I'm bummed that i dint really get to talk to blaine or Alisha very long and i didn't get to talk to carson at all. but ill get to call on mothers day in a couple of months and thats going to be fun. I'm the senior companion and its intense, there are four other kids in the room and none of them speak english and my new companion is super weird. so i guess I'm going to shorten the learning curve by a lot because I'm not talkin english haha. but love you guys and I'm here safe.

its so good to hear from you:) man im so bummed leslie is coming into town:( you have to tell her hi from me! and i have another favor to ask, in your emails keep me posted on the canidate race and how romney is doing. i heard he got ohio and new hamp. Man im going to be so bummed that i dont get to watch osama opps i ment obama loose office haha:) but hows work going? how is the yeti running, any more accidents? Im so glad this is a bad year for snow, i would be so bummed if it was like the greatest year ever and i was within 2 hours of like 8 resorts cause it wouldnt of mattered, i might as well be on the moon lol. hope everything is good.

i cant believe that you couldnt find that book:( and did happen to get another copy of the book that you were telling me about? but any ways, so bad news, i cant remember if i sent mom the info but my flight got delayed to the 25th of january instead of the third cause the guatemala mtc is packed and they dont have room. and i talked to josh a couple of times and were becoming kinda friends lol. this language thing is killing me!! its stressin me out freakin hard. what did i get myself into lol. i should of totaly not listened to mom about putting that i wanted to learn another language lol jk but seriously! im pretty sure that im getting a.d.d. from this, after like an hour my head hurts and i cant focus haha. they talk fast and sometimes im pretty sure he switches to like german or french or something. but other than that its pretty good. so that was me being a little girl:) thats funny how dad got the wrong size tires. that would of definatly not happened if i was there:) well i hope mom is feeling better and good luck to dad with the spanish hahahahahaha! well love you guys

So i totally forgot moms email adress again but what ever you can give her a copy, that book sounds awsome and could i get another moleskin book just like the one you gave me. it was the bigger one with no lines on it, but could i also get the book The Great Apostity by james e talmage and the earliest edition would be the best cause i guess the newer editions have had the in your face coments edited out of them which is super stupid lol. but i hope my present to carson got there without any problems and if there was just let me know and ill get another one and send it home. thanks so much for the ipod(that i didnt know about lol) its amazing and i love the pictures on it. how was everyones cristmas, what did everybody get? tell dad thanks for the wallet and the letter and mom for all the stuff in that box, it was awsome. well im so bummed that i couldnt call today but i will be able to call in the airport and ill definatly let you know when ill call so you can anwser the random number haha. well love you guys and tell mom that my ankle is fine i was just being a little girl lol. it did swell up and get mad bruised but ill take a picture of it and show you guys lol. tell blaine hes a poop head for not writing me yet haha jk, love you guys.

So I just got done with my first day, pretty intense. I have five elders in my room. There is construction going on so some of the buildings are shut down and they are packing six people into for person rooms. hahaha. This is actually going to be pretty fun, I don't know why I was trippen so much. My companion is Elder Adams and he lived in Main until about two years ago when he moved to Colorado. I totally didn't bring enough hangers, but oh well. My room, and my classroom and the gym are all right next to each other. Well love you guys . And will you tell Alisha to put my address on my Facebook page so people can get it.
